The Younger People with Dementia (Berkshire) charity was set up in 2012 to fill a gap in provision for those with young onset dementia and their family and carers.

Our aim is to provide meaningful respite for family members and risk-positive age-appropriate activities, for people living with dementia, over the working week.  We are now looking for an exceptional Director of Clinical and Operational Services to enable us to strengthen our service.
 
We are looking for a leader who is strategic, collaborative, and innovative with experience of working in the clinical field of dementia.
 
What will be key is the ability to lead with flexibility and creativity to enhance the wellbeing of younger people living with dementia. We work closely with Memory Clinics and therefore previous experience of working in the NHS and the care sector is essential.

The role will require you to lead a multidisciplinary team which includes not only service provision, but also fundraising and communications, finance, and compliance.

Location: This role requires working from various locations, including Indigo House, Wokingham (Head Office)
