We are hiring a Support Worker within our Surrey & NE Hants Team - NOW CLOSED

Due to relocation of one of the team, we have a vacancy within our Surrey and North East Hampshire Team for a Support Worker (you may be asked to cover within our Berkshire team on occasions).  This is a wonderful role which enables you to make a difference to the lives of those living with young onset dementia.  If you are looking for a new challenge, within a fun and supportive environment, then we would encourage you to apply for the role.  You can do this by completing our application form and submitting this to us.
