The Younger People With Dementia new website

We are very excited to announce the launch of our new and refreshed website which ‘went live’ last week. We’ve worked hard to make sure that we’ve improved the overall experience for everyone that visits to find out more about young onset dementia and the charity.

Not only does our new site look and feel fantastic, but it is also built on some of the latest software to make sure that it stays on top of the ever-changing developments in the world wide web. We’ve worked hard to make sure that our changes in navigation and our menu drop downs improve the overall experience for users whether they are on a laptop, smart phone or tablet.

Our site will of course continue to give people living with young onset dementia, their carers, families and professionals in the field access to information about young onset dementia, getting a referral to the charity, buying a book from our store, making a donation and looking at some of the latest research articles.

New people visiting the site can also sign up to receive our monthly newsletter too, helping us to reach even further as we look to raise awareness of young onset dementia as far as we can.

Our sincere thanks go to a number of people who have been involved in this project from the start. This includes our working group of staff, carers and trustees who all helped to develop the site by creating a list of people that would need to use our site and the information that they would seek. We must also thank our staff and trustees for proof-reading the site along with a friendly website professional who kindly donated time to review the site from a technical perspective and gave it a big thumbs up.

Feel free to let us know what you think once you have taken a journey around the site by emailing us.
